ISS was formed in 1999 focusing primarily on maintenance work in the pipeline and refining industry. As its customer needs grew the company grew along with those needs. ISS focused squarely on what was important to the customer and still does to this day. By assembling a team of like-minded industry professionals that strive for customer satisfaction ISS has become the premier construction & maintenance company in South Texas.
